If you're planning a micro wedding near Dayton, Ohio, The Oaks at Kiser Lake is one of the few venues in the region built specifically for small, meaningful ceremonies. Our Micro Wedding package is designed for celebrations of up to about 30 close friends and family — the kind of day where every guest is someone you'd actually invite to dinner. You still get the 117 acres, the Lodge, the pine grove, and the pond-side ceremony sites — just scaled to a smaller, calmer, and considerably more affordable day.

Located in Saint Paris, Ohio, we're roughly a 45-minute drive northeast of Dayton, an hour from Cincinnati and Columbus, and about 25 minutes from Springfield. That two-hour drive radius covers most of southwest and central Ohio, so the majority of your guest list can arrive the morning of and be home by bedtime — or, if they'd rather make a weekend of it, stay overnight in one of our on-site guest houses or cabins.

The Micro Wedding package is built to solve exactly that. You choose your own vendors. No required caterer, no forced bar package, no "preferred DJ" surcharge. Bring the people you want; use our commercial kitchen.
Highland cows. Ash and Coco live on the property. Guests love them. Your photographer will thank you.
Real photos, not staged ones. Pine groves, three stocked ponds, apple orchards, and Kiser Lake State Park a short golf-cart ride away.
Weekday and Sunday availability. Micro Weddings often fit on days that full weddings don't, which is why 2026 short-lead dates are still open.
